Blood For Blood's music is that of the people. It's smashing right into your face and sounding full of credibility. For six years, they have now belonged to the best American Old School Hardcore bands, combing Hardcore with musics like Trash, Oi, Punk and of course Rock'n'Roll. In 1999, I got already their excellent EP 'Livin' In Exile' and the level of 'Wasted Youth Brew' is the same. This is nevertheless no regular CD, but a compilation of difficult to find tracks by Blood For Blood and of some live tracks. 73 minutes is a very long playtime for a Hardcore band, but the music is party and good parties never get boring. Fans of Agnostic Front or Gang Green (which I am in both cases) will appreciate Blood For Blood's work, which is NYHC as its finest.w |
